I am Flo — shaped by responsibility, guided by curiosity and drawn to what lies beneath the surface.

Photography is my way of exploring the space between darkness and light, stillness and movement, reality and interpretation. I look for moments that are easily missed and stories that cannot always be expressed in words.

I'm drawn to the ordinary moments most people walk past — not because they're extraordinary, but because looking closer at them is.

I don't chase perfection, and I don't need an image to be flawless to feel proud of it. What matters more is the attempt itself — trying a new angle, a different light, an idea that might not work at all. Some do, many don't. Either way, there's something worth keeping in having tried. A result doesn't need the world's approval to matter to me.

I do not photograph to escape life, but to experience it more consciously — to see clearly, feel deeply and preserve something real.

Digital imaging combines digital capture, retouching and file preparation. It bridges the gap between taking a photograph and delivering the finished image.

The process can include exposure and tonal adjustments, colour grading in Adobe Lightroom, detailed retouching or extensive manipulation in Adobe Photoshop, and preparing files for web, print or other final uses.

Depending on the photograph, the work may be subtle and documentary or more creative and transformative. The aim is not simply to correct an image, but to shape its light, colour, atmosphere and final presentation.
